    Cubannie Links Christmas Sale Terms & Conditions

    Hello and thank you for shopping CubannieLinks.com during the month of December.  All terms & Conditions for Christmas Calendar Orders are different from the standard Terms & Conditions available.  That is, if you make an order from the Cubannie Links website between the dates of December 1 to December 24…PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW.

    1.Terms & Conditions.  The Terms & Conditions that are available on the Cubannie Links Website, CubannieLinks.com, are not applicable during the Cubannie Links Christmas Calendar Sale.

    2.Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted during the Cubannie Links Christmas Calendar Sale between December 1 and December 24.  These terms are non-negotiable.

    3.Multiple Orders.  If you place an order on multiple calendar days within a 10 business day period, your items may be combined for shipping.  That means, if you place an order on 12/5 and then again on 12/10, two separate purchases may arrive in one package and will include two invoices.

    4.Holiday Shipping & Cut-Off Dates.  If you would like to receive your order by December 25th, please place your order no later than December 9th (EST).  All jewelry is handmade and need a maximum of 10 business days to produce and ship.  Once the item is shipped, please allow up to 3 additional business days to arrive.  Cubannie Links ships United States Postal Service 2-3 day priority shipping.

    5.  20% off coupon code.  All orders placed between December 1 and December 24 will receive an exclusive 20% off coupon code that will be included in your shipment.  This coupon will be active for one (1) year and will only be available for a one (1) time use and cannot be combined with any other coupon offers.   
    5.  Free Shipping.  All orders placed between December 1 and December 24 will receive free domestic shipping.  Offer does not apply to International orders.

    Cubannie Links non-sale Terms & Conditions

    Thank you fore reviewing our Terms & Conditions.  We urge all potential customers read this section thoroughly.

    Cubannie Links ships merchandise world wide.  Please read the International shipping terms below before placing an order.

     

    • All US packages are shipped via United States Postal Service 2-3 day shipping which provides a tracking number to all customers.  Cubannie Links will provide the tracking number on the day the product is shipped.  If you register on the Cubannie Links website you will have access to your order status and follow it's progress.  In addition, your order is shipped you will receive a notification with shipping details.
    • Cubannie Links is a hand-made jewelry collection and made to order.  Within 24-48 hours of placing your order your jewelry will begin the production process.  If you would like to make any changes or corrections, you are urged to make them within 48 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@cubannielinks.com.  If you do not make corrections within that 48 hour mark please contact us immediately at (646) 243-4221 and we will try our best to accommodate you.  We want to make sure you get what you really want!
    • Please allow 5-10 business days to ship your order and be sure to factor in the additional 2-3 day shipping time for your package to arrive.


  • International
    • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination.  Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country.  Contact your local customs office for details.
    • Shipping laws are different in each country.  It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.  Cubannie Links is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
    • At this time Cubannie Links uses United States Postal Service.  All packages shipped Internationally will be shipped using First Class Mail.  There will be no insurance added or tracking number provided.  If you have any questions on how to ship insured packages and tracking number for an additional cost, feel free to contact us at info@cubannielinks.com.
    • If you have any other questions in regards to shipping to your area, or shipping charges, feel free to contact Cubannie Links before you place your order.


  • Sales Tax

  • Cubannie Links charges sales tax for merchandise ordered in NEW YORK only.  All other states will not be charged tax. 



  • Return Policy

  • We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know. We offer exchanges for up to one (1) week with receipts (sorry, no refunds), as long as the items are in the same condition as they were sent out. We will split the cost of shipping on exchanges. That is, you pay for the shipping to us, and we will pay the costs to ship the exchanged merchandise back to you. Be sure to include in detail what the issues are so see we can recognize the issue and solve it the best way as possible.  Please insure and track your return packages, Cubannie Links will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.  If you just have a question in regards to returns, exchanges or repairs you can email info@cubannielinks.com and someone will be glad to assist you.

  • Customer service is available 24/7 via email and to speak to a customer service rep please contact us between the hours of 9am - 6pm at (646) 243-4221.  Any matters concerning an existing order before or after store hours can send an email to info@cubannielinks.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line and the nature of the email.  Someone will contact you as soon as possible via email or by phone.  If you call us after our business hours, someone will contact the following business day.  Leave your name, phone number your order number and the nature of your call and someone will return your call to answer any questions.  Emails are monitored 24/7, so if it is urgent matter, please email us and someone will contact you immediately.

    Please be forgiving on emails and calls on holidays and weekends.  I promise someone will respond in a timely fashion or the next business day.  Your business is important to Cubannie Links and want to make sure that we are available to you around the clock.
